I have been back on track for 2 weeks now, which feels awesome, so I decided to create a plan for September. First- I can’t believe it’s September already… Where did this year go?? Anyhoo- the plan!
Starting Monday I am starting the 21 Day Fix. It’s a meal plan with portion control and 30 minute workouts. I am actually doing like the 28 Day Fix because I am doing the last 3 weeks with an awesome group of women, but I don’t want to wait 😀
On top of that, I am starting C25K again. Maybe. I hate that plan, but I am going to start running again. My plan is to run at least a mile first thing in the morning 5 days a week. The weather is getting back where I like running outside and I just miss my feet on the pavement. I have also started a Sunday Running Club in my area so I will be running with other ladies on Sundays. So that should get me through September and I will reassess after that. I have been reading Chris Powell’s book so I am carb cycle curious, but I am still researching.
I have a weight loss goal for this month and I know I will crush it if I stick to the plan!

OH and I am also doing another Diet Bet starting on my birthday, September 10th. We lost almost 450 lbs in my last Diet Bet (that just ended) which is AMAZING! I can’t wait to see how we can do for this one!
